Bar Admissions

The McNeely Law Firm has substantial experience representing applicants for admission to The Florida Bar.  Rob McNeely has advised and represented Florida Bar applicants for a decade at all levels of the process: helping with applications, attending investigative hearings before the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, attending formal hearings before the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, and taking appeals on behalf of clients to the Florida Supreme Court.  He also has sued the Florida Board of Bar Examiners in federal court when a client believed, and Mr. McNeely concurred, that certain Board admission requirements violated the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Whether law students needing help with their Bar application, or recent law school graduates facing difficult investigations, or out-of-state lawyers seeking to become licensed in Florida, the McNeely Law Firm has the experience, knowledge, and wherewithal to provide top-notch representation.
